With over 35 years of experience in these fields we work with energy and marine clients wherever and however they operate, anywhere in the world in the most hostile of conditions; whether working subsea, surveying the ocean bed from the surface, or maintaining wind turbines at a great height.
Our clients include some of the world’s leading players in seismic and hydrographic surveying, rig supply and maintenance, offshore fabrication and decommissioning, wind turbine installation, subsea cable laying and all ancillary and related services. We have specialist programmes for everyone involved in the energy supply chain, from ‘one man band’ companies to multinationals employing thousands.

Your cover will be valid within these Territorial Limits.
The offshore & energy industries have been changing for a long while now, and recently the insurance requirements for businesses operating within these sectors have changed significantly.
Offshore Liability Insurance
If you are a contractor who is working through an agency, it will be a requirement that you have certain insurance policies in place. For those who work offshore, these will primarily be Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance.
It may also be a requirement that you have Professional Indemnity Insurance & Personal Accident Insurance. Some agencies will have additional clauses included as part of your contract which must be met. These include Waiver of Subrogation, Hold Harmless, Indemnity to Principal Clause and Corporate Manslaughter.
The insurance policies we provide as part of our Offshore Contractors Insurance Scheme have been built with this in mind and should be sufficient to ensure you meet these conditions.
